Do you have a minimum order number?

In order to gain the benefits that Hartland Hoodies provide to Schools, Charities and organisations, we ask for a minimum order of 20 pieces. If you need fewer then please get in touch as we can provide a lower number but the unit price is likely to be more.

How do I set up an online shop and organise a school order?

Do Schools have to use the online shop facility, or do you accept manual orders?

We accept manual orders too, no problem! We can provide you with a spreadsheet to collect orders, complete with all the details required. Just drop us an e-mail sales@hartlandhoodies.com

Do your prices include VAT?

Where applicable, VAT is always included in all our quoted prices.

Do you send out samples to Schools?

If you would like a sample, please contact us with your postal address and potential order details. There is no charge for this, all we ask is that you return these to us at a standard delivery cost covered and in the same condition that you received them.

What colours do you offer?

We offer a large range! Our junior hoodies are available in 24 colours and senior and adult hoodies in over 60 colours. Please explore our product pages to see all the options.

What sizes are available?

All our garments are available in a wide range of sizes. From infant age 5-6 years, up to adult 5XL. Please check the size guides on our product pages for more information.

What quality are your hoodies?

We pride ourselves on providing the absolute best product for the absolute best possible price. Our hoodies are fantastic quality, with an 80%/20% ratio of ring spun cotton to polyester. Logos are created with a high stitch count embroidery.

How are your garments made?

All our garments are printed and embroidered to the highest UK standards. So you can order with confidence that the strictest ethical guidelines are followed throughout the production process.

What are my options for what schools can have printed?

We can print and embroider just about anything on to any garment. Just email us over your logos and designs and we will be happy to use them.

How long does production of the hoodies take?

We normally quote 2-3 weeks for delivery from order approval, but it can be slightly quicker. If you are working to a tighter deadline, then we can normally accommodate quicker deliveries, within reason, although this may not be possible at particularly busy times, e.g. towards the end of the school year and depending on any current restrictions.

How much is delivery?

The prices we quote are fully inclusive of one bulk delivery to school or an alternative address. We can also offer the option of individual home delivery for a charge of £3.95 per order.

Can I amend my order?

We ask you to double check order information details are correct before proceeding to the check out when using our online shop. However, if you need to make a change this can be done up until the last order date of your schools online shop. Please email orders@hartlandhoodies.com with your order number and request.

Question 15

When can I expect to receive my hoodie?

All hoodie orders are placed as a bulk school order once your schools final order date has passed. The production process to delivery date normally takes 2 – 3 weeks.

Question 16

Help – I’ve missed the last order date for my childs school leavers hoodie, can I still order?

Orders can be placed after the closing date but this does attract a premium. Please get in touch and we’ll happily help speed your order through and let you know the price.

Question 17

How should I wash my garment?

Accepted Answer

Each garment has a label with full washing instructions. The printing and embroidery are very hard wearing and should last as long as the garment itself under normal washing conditions.
